TopicUsing Profitability and Metrics to Re-Align Law Firm Culture and Compensation

Russ Haskin will lead an interactive discussion on how firms are altering the way they incentive partners to keep up with the ever changing legal landscape. Discover practical tips on how to avoid the pitfalls of cultural barriers which lead to inaction. Join in a real world case study illustrating the need for alternative ways to compensate partners.

See how legal managers can harness the power of data to understand what drives their firms and their partners.

After completing this session, participants should be able to:

  1. Determine the measures that drive their partners actions
  2. Illustrate the variances in common compensation models
  3. Explain some of the legal and industry downfalls associated with inaction
  4. Identify compensation triggers within their own firm
