His practice is in representation of both public and private sector employers in all matters related to labor and employment law.
Prior to entering private practice, Ben completed a two-year term judicial clerkship with the Honorable Francisco A. Besosa, United States District Judge, as well as a one-year term judicial clerkship with the Honorable Marcos E. Lopez, United States Magistrate Judge in the District of Puerto Rico. In addition to his clerkships, Ben worked on the Tulane Law Review as an Articles Editor and graduated from law school as a member of the Order of the Coif.
Ben is a member of The Florida Bar and Hillsborough County Bar Association as well as the Federal Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in Arkansas and the U.S. District Court, District of Puerto Rico.
