Presentation: Health, life style, nutrition, and other ways to manage work/life stress to live longer, and better.
In today's culture, we accept that as we age, we're destine to gain weight, increase aches and pains and more than likely die of a chronic disease such as diabetes or heart disease. Although this outcome is likely, it most certainly is not our natural order. By focusing on creating positive lifestyle and behavior changes, coupled with nutrition, we can increase our resiliency which ultimately is the best marker of longevity.
In his 60 minute presentation, Michael Verdi will outline an evidenced based approach to improving your resiliency in a pragmatic, step by step approach. You can apply this at home, and hopefully pass it on to your coworkers.
